Shipping / Return & Refund Policy

Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment? 

However, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 3 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged pieces.

Please include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged piece. 

After the 3 days, no refunds will be given. 

Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.  Return shipping is buyers responsibility.  Please email us with your order # and item name you want to return to debbie@debsjewelryshop.com.  We will issue return instructions and RMA # by email.  All returns MUST have an RMA #.  

No exchanges are allowed. 

SHIPPING

If you have not received your order and your tracking # shows it was delivered, you have 5 days to notify me.

I am not responsible for items lost in transit if the package shows delivered. 

Canceling Orders

If you decide to cancel your order there is a 15% cancelation fee as this holds up our inventory that we could have sold to someone else and it takes us time to cancel orders.
