Shipping / Return & Refund Policy

Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment?

 

Most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain or using super glue to glue stones back on.

 

However, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 30 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged pieces.

Please include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged piece.

 

After the 30 day time period, no refunds will be given.

 

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.  Return shipping is buyers responsibility.  Please email us with your order # and item name you want to return to debbie@debsjewelryshop.com.  We will issue return instructions and RMA # by email.  All returns MUST have an RMA #. 

 

No exchanges are allowed.

 

SHIPPING

If you have not received your order and your tracking # shows it was delivered, you have 30 days to notify me.

I am not responsible for items lost in transit if the package shows delivered.
