The back office may seem a little confusing, I know! But it is a very useful tool! Let me go over the reports that I use the most to help my team out. But overall, you will need to play around with everything and get accustomed to it. See what works for you. I have the deluxe version of the BO. I believe once you reach Producer it will be free. But until then it's a small price every month.

Finding Teams Info

First - Log into your BO!

This screen will give you several options of lists and reports to run.

I mainly use the Graphical Geneology - Pro.

This is a quick way to find a team members info (address, phone#, email, etc).

It's also a great tool to use to see if someone is on your team. I get a lot of requests to join our teams FB group so I go here and type the name in. If it doesn't show up, then I don't let them in!
